André Edelstein

22 years of experience in Energy Law and recognized as one of the leading lawyers specialized in the Brazilian energy sector by the publications Chambers & Partners and Best Lawyers in Brazil.
He has Executive MBA from IE Business School and was a judge with the Tribunal of Taxes and Fees of the State of São Paulo.
He is arbitrator in energy players disputes and member of the Arbitration Panel of the FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration.

Graduated from Queen Mary Univ. of London (LLM in Energy Law) and London School of Economics (MSc in Infrastructure Regulation). Currently pursuing a PhD in jurimetrics at Stanford Law School. Founding member of the Brazilian Association of Energy and Environmental Law (ABDEM).

More than 7 years of experience in Energy Law, both in consulting and litigation matters, supporting clients of generation, transmission, distribution, trading and consumption segments. He holds a specialization degree in Corporate Law and Corporate Governance from Brasiliense Institute of Public Law and studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Brasília.
